Ballard Power Systems has appointed Michael Chen and Yingbo Wang to its Board of Directors following previous position retirements.
Both Kevin Jiang and Sherman Sue have retired from the company’s board, allowing Chen and Wang to replace them.
Chen is currently the CEO of Weichai Ballard Hy-energy Technologies and Vice General Manager (GM) of Weichai Holding Group, serving in various engineering and management roles at the company since 2010.
