Ballard Power Systems yesterday held its first ever virtual Annual General Meeting event.
During the event, all nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular, dated 6th April (2020), were elected as Directors of the company.
Each of the Ballard Directors was re-elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy.
The Annual Meeting follows the company’s record first quarter results, where it reported revenue of $24m, up 50% year-over-year, and its 25th year on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
