Barclays establishes Energy Transition Group to support Net Zero ambitions

British bank Barclays has announced it will establish an Energy Transition Group to support clients on their path to Net Zero.

The group will provide expertise regarding the energy transition, from hydrogen and renewables to carbon capture and energy transition finance.

Being set up within its Corporate and Investment Bank, the group will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients as they explore potential energy transition opportunities.
