CIP acquires Danish company Soltec’s solar PV portfolio

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners’ (CIP) Energy Transition Fund I (ETF I) will obtain 100% ownership of a Danish solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio.

Soltec Power Holdings’ early-stage portfolio consists of development projects with a combined potential installed capacity of 850MW, with project sites located across Denmark.

CIP plans to develop, build and operate these assets to provide renewable electricity for ETF I’s Power-to-X projects (PtX) in Denmark, including Fjord eSAF, Høst green ammonia and hydrogen.
