Collaborative projects key for hydrogen – H2 View’s North America Hydrogen Summit

Session three of H2 View’s North American Hydrogen Summit took the plunge into the realms of international investment and how the hydrogen market can develop further.

First up, Hugo Wagner, Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager at Airbus, discussed the collaborations that the aerospace company is exploring across the entire value chain to make safe and clean flight a reality in years to come.

Wagner said, “We do think that hydrogen in its raw form can really contribute and has a lot of potential to help us reach Net Zero.

“Airbus has done a lot of studies on the use of ammonia, methanol and other types of energy sources, but we came back to hydrogen and are actually committed to green hydrogen by 2050.”
