COP26: AFC Energy demonstrates its Extreme E hydrogen fuel cell generator to the Prince of Wales

AFC Energy today (Nov 3) gave a demonstration of its zero-emission power generator, currently used in the Extreme E racing series, to HRH Prince of Wales at the COP26 conference.

AFC Energy’s H-Power Charger is utilised at the global all-electric rally series promoting the remote manufacturing of green hydrogen through micro-alkaline water electrolysis powered by the sun.

The electric rally championship joined forces with AFC Energy last year to deploy its hydrogen fuel cell generator to remotely charge the race fleet. Deemed a success, the generator will continue to support vehicles.
