CPH2 terminates 2GW licensing agreement with GFHG

Clean Power Hydrogen (CPH2) says it is terminating a licensing agreement for the manufacture for up to 2GW of its electrolyser technology with Alternus and Eric Whelan CEO of Soleirtricity joint venture GFHG after taking legal advice.

CPH2 today (June 6) said the joint venture had undertaken actions which, “based on advice received by CPH2, the Board believes constitutes a repudiatory breach of the license agreement on the part of GFHG.”

A repudiatory breach is a breach of contract so serious that a contract can be terminated.
