Cromarty Firth has been identified as an ideal home for the UK’s largest green hydrogen electrolyser according to a feasibility study conducted by the North of Scotland Hydrogen Programme.

Released today (July 23) the North of Scotland Hydrogen Programme “Distilleries Project” study has discovered several sites around the Firth that have been deemed fit to host a 35MW electrolyser facility by 2024.
