Cummins Inc. has appointed Amy Adams as Vice-President of Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Technologies in the Electrified Power business sector.
In the newly created role, Adams will oversee the Hydrogenics business and other investments and partnerships in Cummins’ fuel cell portfolio. Adams will report to Thad Ewald, Cummins’ Vice-President of Corporate Strategy.

“In her nearly 25 years at Cummins, Amy has accumulated diverse leadership experiences having led complex businesses on three continents for the company, as well as holding positions in business development, project management and market management.”
Adams previous served as Vice-President of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this role, she led Cummins Emission Solutions, the largest of the business units in Cummins’ components segment.
Adams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
