Doosan SOFC stack passes marine environmental test

Doosan Fuel Cell’s solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stack has passed a DNV environmental test for marine use.

Currently under development with HyAxiom, the SOFC is based on technology developed by Ceres. Though a system license, Doosan plans to mass produce the SOFC technology from an initial 50MW manufacturing facility.
