Edify Energy to supply QPM with green hydrogen produced in Queensland, Australia

Queensland Pacific Metals (QPM) is set to benefit from hydrogen produced at Edify Energy’s large-scale green hydrogen plant, currently under development within the Landsdown Eco-Industrial Precinct in Queensland, Australia.

The duo today (Nov 29) said they have inked a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the supply of the clean energy carrier, which will supplement QPM’s gas supply.

News of the deal, follows a previously executed Heads of Agreement inked between the two companies, through which Edify looked to supply solar power to QPM from its Majors Creek Solar Power Station.

Dr Stephen Grocott, Managing Director of QPM, said, “Our working relationship with Edify is a demonstration of two Australian companies working together to build business relationships using sustainable practises.
