EH Group opens Indian Innovation Lab for fuel cell development

Swiss-based EH Group has established an Innovation Lab in India to develop fuel cell technologies following India’s recent green hydrogen policy commitments.

Set up by its subsidiary EH Group Systems Pvt, the lab based at the IITM Research Park in Chennai, India is aimed at accelerating the development of the company’s fuel cell product, with a primary focus on its proprietary control systems software.

The facility will be led by Anand Vasappanavara, Principal Control/Automation Engineer, who has had experience in designing fuel cell system control development programmes at major OEMs before joining EH Group in 2019.
