A gigafactory for electrolyser manufacturing will be established in Vendôme, France, as Elogen aims to support the hydrogen production industry.
Having been in development for several months now, the site has been chosen due to its key location in supplying electrolyser systems and also to expand Elogen’s presence in the region.
The project could additionally be selected as part of the IPCEI by the European Commission if proven to be a significant programme for the hydrogen and renewable energies industries.
