Energy Exemplar has partnered with Profas Energy Consult to demonstrate the latest needs of the hydrogen value chain using its PLEXOS software.
Under the agreement, the two companies will work on building the ‘market-leading’ modelling software platform PLEXOS, and optimise hydrogen and power-to-X projects.
Profas and Energy Exemplar will combine expertise in hydrogen and modelling and introduce transparency to hydrogen project value flows, therefore making final investment decisions (FID) simpler. The partnership will ensure that capital is put into projects with the highest chance of success and develop state-of-the-art project and asset models simulating hydrogen projects and its commercial impact on the energy market.
