European Commission support Raven SR with grant for waste-to-hydrogen project in Spain

US-based Raven SR announced today (December 6) it had been awarded a €1.7m (USD $1.75m) grant from European Commission for the development of a waste-to-hydrogen production facility in Spain.

Originally announced in March (2022), the anticipated €35m ($36.7m) production facility, in the Aragón region of Spain, is expected to produce up to 1,600 tonnes of renewable hydrogen per year from around 75 tonnes of organic solid waste a day.
