Everfuel’s HySynergy Phase II electrolyser development nominated for EU IPCEI grant

Everfuel’s HySynergy Phase II electrolyser development has been nominated by the Danish Business Authority for participation in a large-scale EU funding project to kick-start a European green hydrogen market.

Announced by Everfuel last month, Phase II of the HySnergy project will establish a new 300MW electrolyser and Power-to-X (PtX) facility adjacent to the Fredericia, Denmark, refinery.

The project, which includes energy and technology companies, plans to develop industrial scale PtX facilities for green hydrogen made with renewable energy and further processing into ammonia and methanol for use as green marine and aviation fuels.
