Faurecia has been awarded a new contract by SAIC to provide hydrogen tanks for a fleet of commercial vehicles that will help the company reach over €250m ($305m) of lifetime sales in hydrogen mobility.
This is expected to help Faurecia in its ambition to hit a targeted €500m ($610m) order intake in 2021 for zero-emission hydrogen solutions.
This has been achieved with SAIC achieving its first award in China.
