French start-up company Gen-Hy has appointed Xavier Colson as its new Managing Director to drive and deploy its development strategy.
As a manufacturer of solutions for green hydrogen production, Colson will aim to transform Gen-Hy into an industrial SME, drawing on his experience in implementing a system excellence approach for all the company’s processes, particularly production.
Colson has previously worked for Stellantis, taking on responsibilities in industrial projects, purchasing, plant management, forecasting and international corporation with BMW and General Motors.
