GenComm’s hydrogen transition tool goes live

GenComm has announced its Enabling Support Tool (EST) designed to help bus fleets transition to hydrogen has gone live globally today (January 31).

The EST will inform fleet operators how much it will cost to decarbonise a fleet, through the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Total Carbon Abatement (TCA) for transitioning to a hydrogen-based fleet.

It is also a graphical tool enabling community stakeholders to take full commercial and environmental advantage of renewable data analytics to develop its own energy solutions.

Paul McCormack, GenComm Programme Manager, said, “This platform allows users to make informed decisions based on real data analysis to optimise their renewable energy use in order to achieve maximum impact in decarbonising their communities.”
