Global NRG H2 to develop its first waste-to-hydrogen plant in Australia

Global NRG H2 is set to develop its first waste-to-hydrogen facility in New South Wales, Australia, which will bolster the nation’s hydrogen economy in addition to reducing waste intensity on landfill sites.

Using a 2.5MW electrolyser plant, the hydrogen is produced using renewable electricity that has been generated using waste materials.
