Green Hydrogen Systems achieves technical proof of concept for X-Series electrolyser

Denmark’s Green Hydrogen Systems has reached technical proof of concept for its 6MW X-Series alkaline electrolyser prototype ahead of potential deliveries at the end of 2024.

Coming off the back of “several months” of commissioning and testing as well as third party validation, the company has said the milestone comes as the final step in the technical proof of concept.

Peter Friis, CEO at Green Hydrogen Systems, said the confirmation will allow the company to take the next step in its growth strategy as it expects the X-Series to be “the main revenue driver from 2025 onwards.”
