H2 Green Steel signs €250m seven-year offtake agreement with Bilstein Group

Sweden’s H2 Green Steel is set to deliver hydrogen-produced low-carbon steel to Bilstein Group under a freshly inked seven-year agreement, worth more than €250m ($274m).

Bilstein Group is the producer of cold rolled steel strip for customers across the automotive, tooling and furnishing sectors, with over 100 years in the steel processing business.

The new offtake agreement follows on Bilstein being an early investor in H2 Green Steel and being one of the first players to sign an offtake agreement for the low-carbon steel.
