Hydrogen Future Industries (HFI) has reported various updates on its hydrogen-related activities, including a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Capricorn Clean Energy Limited.
The MoU will facilitate the identification of local project and partnering opportunities in Australia, particularly those related to the Australian Renewable Energy Agency’s (ARENA) Regional Microgrids Programme (RMP). HFI believes its energy system is uniquely placed to economically provide on-demand green energy through Australian microgrids.
The company commenced its first mining sector feasibility study, designed to demonstrate the use of HFI’s system to utilise wastewater from tailings as a feedstock to generate clean energy and clean water as a by-product for on-site mining operations.
