Hy2gen acquires kiwi and its hydrogen project pipeline

Hy2gen Germany has acquired kiwi AG to strengthen its expertise in the production of renewable hydrogen and its derivatives.

The global project developer, financer, builder, owner, and operator of plants producing renewable hydrogen and hydrogen-based e-fuels, Hy2gen now has its first foothold in the German market.

The organisation will operate kiwi’s production plant in Werlte, Germany, understood to be the world’s largest operating power-to-e-methane plant with a proposed power of 6.3MW.
