Hydrogen Europe has shared a new documentation today (July 1) that suggests several changes that should be made to the existing guarantees of origin (GO) system in the upcoming revision of the RED II.
This would allow further guarantees to made over the sourcing of hydrogen, creating an ecosystem for different colours of hydrogen.
The key suggestions have been based around five key principles that Hydrogen Europe think should apply to the revised guarantees of origin system.
