Indonesian project looks to produce 30,000kg of green hydrogen per day

Singaporean-based Carbon Governance Pte has announced it has signed an agreement to develop a solar-based green hydrogen production and export facility in Indonesia.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a local partner company in Bintan, Indonesia, Carbon Governance look to use high efficiency bi-facial solar panels to power electrolysers to produce an expected 30,000kg of green hydrogen per day.

H2 View understands, the company plans to export hydrogen produced from the site to neighbouring countries where demand is expected to increase dramatically over the coming decades.
