John Cockerill and Technip Energies have today (May 4) announced the launch of a new integrated green hydrogen solutions provider, dubbed Rely.
Headquartered in Belgium, the new company will be 60% owned by Technip and 40% owned by John Cockerill and will offer end-to-end solutions ranging from pre-final investment decision (FID) services to proprietary products, project execution and operation and maintenance.
The partners hope Rely will deliver technology enhancements, new technologies and products, and improved project economics for green hydrogen and Power-to-X (PtX) markets.
