Plug Power has achieved Korean Gas Safety (KGS) certification of liquid hydrogen storage tanks and transport trailers.
The company will receive certification for ASME Section XII and ASME Section VIII Div. 1, which is required to build liquid hydrogen storage tanks in South Korea.
H2 View understands that three liquid hydrogen bulk storage tanks have arrived in the country, and Plug is preparing to ship its first liquid hydrogen trailer to South Korea later this month.
