Kia targeting military market for first hydrogen vehicles

South Korean automaker Kia is targeting the military market for its first hydrogen-powered vehicle and says it will be launched from 2028, The Korean Car Blog reports.

Kia CEO Ho-seong Song revealed the news to journalists at the Hydrogen Mobility Show in South Korea.

The Korean Car Blog says Kia’s offering could include not only military hydrogen electric vehicles, but also hydrogen fuel cell-based emergency generators and power generation vehicles.
