‘King of electrolysers’ opened by Spain’s King Felipe

Nel ASA’s electrolyser installation at the fertiliser manufacturer, Fertiberia’s, plant in Puertollano, Spain has been officially opened today (May 13) by Spain’s King, Felipe.

The 20MW polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) facility is the biggest of its kind in Europe will produce green hydrogen to replace fossil fuels and reduce almost 50,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions.
