Korea Electric Power Corp. joins Australian green hydrogen project

Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) is set to jointly develop an Australian green hydrogen hub.

Under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) KEPCO will deepen its cooperation with the developers of the Western Green Energy Hub (WGEH), a hub planned for southeast Western Australia that could produce 3.5 million tonnes of green hydrogen per year.

WGEH is comprised of Intercontinental Energy, CWP Global and Mirining Energy Limited.
