Lhyfe will receive €149m ($161m) from the French Government to support the development of a large-scale green hydrogen plant.
Located in Le Harve, the planned 100MW capacity production plant is expected to be capable of producing up to 34 tonnes of green hydrogen per day.
The site will be close to the Yara plant in Le Harve and near to one of Europe’s largest industrial port areas, the Grand Canal du Harve, which could serve as an source of export.
