LONGI to supply electrolysers to Chinese green hydrogen and ammonia project

LONGI Hydrogen Energy has won a bid to provide a green hydrogen production system to the Chinese Da’an Wind and Solar Green Hydrogen Synthesis Ammonia Integration Demonstration Project.

The Chinese company has said it will deploy a total of 15 sets of 1000nm3/h electrolytic water hydrogen production systems at the project in Western Jilin, China.

Set to be developed by the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) and Jilin Electric Power Co., the $0.9bn Da’an project is intended to integrate Integrating 800MW of wind and solar, a 220kV booster station and 80MWh of energy storage.
