Mitsubishi, Shell to collaborate on generating green hydrogen from 4GW of offshore wind farms in the Netherlands

An agreement has been established that will see Mitsubishi and Shell collaborate to generate green hydrogen from around 4GW of offshore wind farms by 2030.

This is according to Yomiuri News who said that the total investment in the project is expected to reach around $2bn.

The wind farms will be created in the Netherlands and will support the scaling of the industry and energy independence in light of the Russian-Ukraine conflict.
