NewHydrogen aiming to lower the cost of green hydrogen production
NewHydrogen is striving to drive down the cost of producing hydrogen from renewable sources with the identification that this is key to a hydrogen-led future.
With a sponsored research program at UCLA aiming to reduce the cost of green hydrogen production, NewHydrogen is looking to replace iridium in proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysers with a more stable, non-precious, metal-based oxygen evolution reaction catalyst (OER).
