Nikola Corporation’s hydrogen mobile refueller, HYLA, has been presented to more than 300 company officials and media in a demonstration.
HYLA will encompass the company’s energy products for producing, distributing and dispensing hydrogen to fuel its fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs).
The mobile fueller cools and compresses hydrogen to rapidly fill 700 bar FCEV heavy trucks and is coupled with a hydrogen tube trailer with a capacity of 960kg, allowing HYLA to refuel customers back-to-back.
