A new Norwegian consortium has set sights on developing a complete hydrogen value chain for the maritime sector.
The multidisciplinary collaboration has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and targeting a value chain for the Northern Xplorer’s first zero-emission cruise ship.
The cruise ship will feature fuel cells and electric propulsion, as well as making pollution-free hydrogen available to the wider maritime market.
