Norwegian-Danish collaboration on liquid biogas from green hydrogen

Under a new joint venture, Norwegian Hydrogen and Danish entrepreneur Jens Peter Lunden are set to collaborate on the production of liquid biogas (LBG) from green hydrogen.

The parties have established a 50/50 joint venture, dubbed Grøn Brint ApS, which is set to own and operate electrolysis plants for the production of green hydrogen to be used in the production of LBG.

According to the partners, Grøn Brint has already ordered electrolysers for the first phase of the collaboration from H-TEC SYSTEMS, with intentions of kicking off hydrogen production during 2023.
