Nuvera to supply fuel cells to Nexus Energy for maritime applications
Nuvera Fuel Cells has made further sales to see its hydrogen fuel cells deployed in the maritime industry after announcing a new deal with Netherlands-based Nexus Energy.
The company revealed it has sold two of its Nuvera® E-60 Fuel Cell Engines to Nexus which is currently developing modular zero-emission solutions for maritime and onshore applications.
H2 View understands Nexus will use the 60kW hydrogen fuel cell engines in the development of a common powerpack for maritime and onshore use, for both stationary and heavy-duty applications.
