Phillips 66 will look to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions through the exploration of a range of zero-emission technologies company-wide by 2050 with hydrogen to feature as a key aspect.
This will see renewable energy sources be utilised in around 50% of the company’s operations.
With the company leading innovation in the low-carbon hydrogen sector, it could be a crucial technology in which the company chooses to use in order to decarbonise its own operations.
