The lack of harmonised regulations, codes and standards (RCS) is considered one of the major barriers for the commercialisation of fuel cell and hydrogen (FCH) technologies.
By providing the knowledge needed to develop a suitable regulatory framework for the new hydrogen market, the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) is playing a fundamental role in removing these barriers.
