Pineapple Power has terminated its proposed reverse takeover (RTO) of UK hydrogen refuelling company Element 2.
In April (2023), Pineapple entered into a non-binding Heads of Terms (HoTs) to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares in Element 2 to allow the refuelling firm to accelerate a network of refuelling stations across the UK.
