Port of Corpus Christi Authority, Howard Energy to develop a new carbon-neutral hydrogen production facility

The Port of Corpus Christi and Howard Energy Partners will look to create a new carbon-neutral hydrogen production facility at the Javelina plant in Texas, US.

This target has been formalised with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will look to convert Howard’s Javelina refinery with the site strategically positioned to connect six local refineries through pipelines.
