Provaris Energy begins hydrogen tank prototyping in Norway, eyeing 2024 Class Approval

Australia’s Provaris Energy has announced the start of its prototype hydrogen tank testing programme as it seeks final Class Approval for its maritime carrier and storage solutions.

Having awarded Norwegian-based Prodtex with a contract for the construction and testing of the prototype tank at its site in Fiska, Norway, it is hoped to see the path for Provaris’ H2Neo hydrogen carrier and H2Leo floating storage solution commercialisation accelerated.
