Quantron signs agreement to supply up to 500 hydrogen-powered trucks to US group

Just days after announcing its US business, German-based Quantron has revealed it has signed a framework agreement with TMP Logistics Group for an order of up to 500 Class 8 hydrogen fuel cell trucks.

Scheduled for delivery to the US group by 2024, the vehicles are set to be operated via the company’s Quantron-as-a-Service (QaaS), a platform to offer zero-emission solutions to customers on a per-mile basis, based on total cost of ownership (TCO).

H2 View understands TMP Logistics is a group of more than a dozen trucking, logistics, and related software companies in the US, including the National Freight group, the ‘largest’ linehaul contractor in the nation for FedEx Ground.
