Russia is set to explore the production, application and exportation of hydrogen energy to Asian and European markets.
The frameoworks have been met with the approval of Mikhail Mishustin, the Russian Prime Minister, who had been presented with strategic initiatives to reach goals in the sphere of hydrogen.
