Salzgitter, Ørsted to develop closed value chains for hydrogen to bolster sustainable practices

In a new strategic partnership revealed today (Jan 25), Salzgitter AG and Ørsted will collaborate on creating closed value chains across a range of clean energy fields including hydrogen.

Through the use of hydrogen, it is expected that this memorandum of understanding (MoU) will enable the creation of green steel through hydrogen produced from offshore wind power.
