Sneak peek: PDC Machines doubles volume in a year to meet the demands of hydrogen stations

PDC Machines’ diaphragm gas compressors are integral to hydrogen refuelling stations and therefore a product which is currently very high in demand due to the ever-evolving hydrogen mobility market.

Arguably the heart of a hydrogen refuelling station, the compressor is key, and makes the infrastructure come to life. Station developers simply could not dispense a product without compressors and technologies. It’s the compression technologies that essentially enable refuelling at speeds of three-to-five minutes.

More than just a ‘box standard’ compressor, with PDC, we’re talking about diaphragm compression. This means no lubricants involved in the compressor and, therefore, no or less potential for impurities to get through the compression stage and into the final hydrogen fuel, resulting in a cleaner and green refill.
