Sunfire has announced progress has been made on the Kopernikus P2X project following the commissioning of a high temperature electrolyser.
The project, based in Germany, is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and is examining one of the most promising approaches to Power-to-X (PtX) technologies.
These innovative solutions convert renewable electricity into other forms of energy, such as green hydrogen or renewable fuels.
