Texas, US, continues to scale its hydrogen market with new low-carbon production facility

Texas, US, continues to ramp up its hydrogen capabilities with Enbridge and Humble Midstream revealing plans to develop low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia facilities.

The new facilities will integrate both production and export of hydrogen ammonia which both could have a massively influential role in decarbonising various segments of society – especially industry.

Texas already is home to many well established, large-scale industrial players and thus creating supply for hydrogen could increase demand and reduce the carbon footprint of some of these companies.
